Terms and Conditions for Kama'aina Kine Photobooth Rental LLC

1. Services

Kama'aina Kine Photobooth Rental LLC provides photobooth rental services for events. The services may include, but are not limited to, the rental of photobooths, event setup and breakdown, photo prints, digital images, and online galleries. 2. Booking and Payment

• To reserve a photobooth, a signed agreement and a deposit are required.
• Full payment is due before the event date, unless otherwise specified in the contract.
• Cancellations made 3 days or more before the event may be eligible for a partial refund of the deposit. Cancellations made within 3 days of the event will result in the forfeiture of the full deposit. Specific cancellation terms will be outlined in your booking agreement.

3. Client Responsibilities

• You must provide a suitable location and electrical power source for the photobooth setup.
• The event venue should have adequate space and lighting to ensure the photobooth operates properly.
• You are responsible for ensuring the safety of the equipment during the event.

4. Equipment and Service Limitations

• Kama'aina Kine Photobooth Rental LLC will not be held responsible for delays, technical malfunctions, or other issues outside our control, including but not limited to internet connectivity, power outages, or poor lighting.
• We will make reasonable efforts to resolve issues during the event, but no refunds or partial refunds will be issued due to technical issues or delays outside our control.

5. Images and Data

• By using our services, you grant Kama'aina Kine Photobooth Rental LLC the right to use the images taken during the event for promotional purposes, including on our website and social media. You may opt out of this use by informing us in writing before the event.
• You are responsible for ensuring that all event guests give consent for their images to be taken and used as described above.

6. Privacy and Security

• We collect and use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be found on our website. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy.
• We will take reasonable steps to protect your data, but we are not responsible for unauthorized access to information outside our control.
